Dr. Les Miller
Dr. Les completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas in 1969. After receiving his doctorate degree in dentistry from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1973, he served a two year residency in the United States Air Force at Nellis Air Force Base. Dr. Les is a constant student. He attends many continuing education opportunities throughout the year so that he can offer his clients the latest improvements in treatment and care.Dr. Les and his wife, Shirley, were born and raised in the Kansas City area. They moved back to Lawrence in 1975, where they raised their two children, Kelly and Scott. His hobbies include photography and garden railroading.
Dr. Kelly Miller
Raised in Lawrence, Kelly Miller followed in her father's footsteps with a keen interest in dentistry. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 2000, and went on to earn a master's degree in Biomedical Science from the National University of Ireland, Galway, in 2002. Following the completion of this degree program, Kelly spent a few years working in the field of research for the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at KU. She received her doctorate degree in dentistry from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2009.Dr. Kelly enjoys an active lifestyle and travels to new places whenever possible. If given the opportunity to learn something new, Kelly throws herself right in. She has maintained a longstanding interest in health and fitness, and science, and happily joins her dad in taking a preventative and proactive approach to patient care.

The Kansas Dental Board requires 60 hours of continuing education from approved sources every 24 months in order for a dentist to maintain licensure. Random audits are conducted by the state to ensure proper credentialing. Dr. Les Miller and Dr. Kelly Miller routinely exceed those requirements. They attend a variety of dental conventions and seminars to stay abreast of the latest developments in dentistry. Why?
